Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter

The Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter (Coating Thickness Gauge, Paint Meter, Paint Gauge), is one of the easiest to use and most cost effective Coating Thickness Meters on the market, with a user friendly back-lit display for operation in dimly lit locations.

This Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter is extremely easy to use by any operator, has single keypad operation and automatic switch off when no reading is being taken.

The Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter is calibration preset. No need to calibrate. If calibration is required, concealed controls for adjustment by an Inspector / Manager can be adjusted. The Eban 1000 can then be passed to any operator knowing that the calibration cannot be interfered with.

Special Unique Feature only on the Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter: The speed of measurement is virtually instant and this will allow coating variations to be seen if the probe is slid over the paint coating.

The Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter will measure all non-ferromagnetic coatings on Steel and Iron substrates eg. Paint, Epoxy, Tin, Copper, Zinc, Cadmium, Galvanizing, Metal Spray, Chrome, Powder Coating, Lacquer and Enamel etc.
This Coating Thickness Meter can be used by many different industries, e.g Automobile Paint Gauge, Electroplating Test Gauge, General Painting Coating Test Gauge, Galvanizing Test Gauge etc.

The Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter has an accuracy of up to ±1% when referred to reference standards.

Conforms to BS5411, BS3900, ISO2178, ISO2808, DIN50981, ASTM B 499 and SSPC methods of measurement.

Eban 1000 Coating Thickness Meter models are available with a constant pressure integral probe or detachable flexible probe. (Flexible Probe Model illustrated).

Versions available in either Microns or Thou / USA mil.

Calibration Certificates having traceability to UKAS are available for both the Eban1000 and the Calibration Foils.

Supplied complete ready to use with Carrying Case, set of 8 Precision Measured Calibration Foils, Precision Zero Disk and Battery fitted.
