Eban 3000 Mk2

The Coating Thickness Gauge Eban3000Mk2 is the top specification DFT Gauge (Dry Film Thickness) having an extensive range of features offering full batching and statistical capability with date and time being recorded.

Can output direct to a printer or download all batches to a PC which has the Data Analysis Program installed.

Extensive range of models with measuring ranges up to 50 millimetres.

High accuracy of up to ±1% when referred to reference standards.

Eban3000Mk2 Ferrous models will measure all non-ferromagnetic coatings on Steel and Iron substrates. Examples: Paint, Epoxy, Tin, Copper, Zinc, Cadmium, Galvanizing, Metal spray, Chrome, Powder Coating, Lacquer and Enamel etc.
Eban3000Mk2 Non ferrous models will measure all non-conductive non-ferromagnetic coatings on conductive non-ferrous substrates. Examples: Paint, Anodizing, Powder Coating, Lacquer, Plastics etc on Aluminium, Brass, Copper and Non-magnetic Stainless etc.

Combined Ferrous and Non ferrous versions are available which will measure all of these combinations.

Conforms to BS5411, BS3900, ISO2178, ISO2360, ISO2808, DIN50981, ASTM B 499 and SSPC methods of measurement.
